昆特牌收集 / Gwent Card Collection
昆特牌共有约150张可收集卡牌（本体120+，石之心20+，血与酒30+）。全收集是游戏最难的成就之一。
Gwent has ~150 collectible cards (base 120+, HoS 20+, B&W 30+). Full collection is one of the hardest achievements.

煎药由击杀特定怪物后从炼金师处购买或从宝箱获得。共有20种煎药。
Decoctions are obtained by killing specific monsters, buying from alchemists, or finding in chests. There are 20 total.
