Route to the Family Reunion Ending#
Reaching the whole-family-reunion ending requires keeping a series of key choices consistent throughout the game. Below is a stage-by-stage checklist.
Stage 1: Nikolaus#
| Step |
Key choice |
Impact |
| Finish the prologue tutorial |
Take the Isu spear as your starting point |
Enter the main story |
| Face Nikolaus |
Choose mercy over revenge |
He survives and helps you later |
| Later events |
Avoid triggering the branch that kills him |
Keeps relations harmonious |
Stage 2: Mother and Siblings#
| Step |
Key choice |
Outcome |
| Find mother Myrinne |
Choose to protect rather than endanger |
Mother survives |
| Deimos dialogues |
Always choose trust and guidance over confrontation |
Deimos slowly wakes up |
| Face Stentor |
Defeat but do not kill |
The relationship turns to respect and cooperation |
Stage 3: Endgame Consolidation#
| Step |
Key point |
Outcome |
| Complete all family quest lines |
Do not skip any key quest |
The whole family attends the epilogue |
| Stay merciful |
Avoid extreme kill options |
Deimos returns safely |
| Reach the endgame scene |
Travel to Lesbos |
Unlocks the family reunion |
Route to the Walking Alone Ending#
| Step |
Key choice |
Outcome |
| Take the revenge route |
Choose to kill in the conflict with Nikolaus |
Stepfather dies permanently |
| Betray mother |
Choose to let her take the risk at the protection point |
Mother dies |
| Confront and kill Deimos |
Never trust, never guide |
Deimos dies |
| Defeat and kill Stentor |
Choose to wipe out everyone |
Your brother falls |
| Final family reunion fails |
All family members absent |

Note: this ending is relatively bleak and suits players who want to experience the crueler side of the historical line. The conditions can stack, but as long as even one of them aligns correctly, it may turn into the partial-survival ending instead.

Tip The Cult hunt does not have to be finished before completing the story; remaining members can be cleaned up during free exploration afterwards without affecting the ending.
Ending and Story Detail Additions#

| Sealing of the Isu spear |
The special visual effect appears only in the reunion ending |
| Modern-day line setup |
Layla’s choice carries into later installments |
