Season Pass and Tasks#
Delta Force runs on a seasonal rhythm: a season roughly every two to three months, each bringing new operators, new weapons, even new modes. The Pass and task system is the pipeline that turns season content into player progression. This page covers the season line, Pass outputs, and the key facts for the current season (S11).

The second-anniversary offline celebration was held in Chongqing on September 25-26, 2026.
3. Pass Outputs#
The Pass is the main source of Delta Tickets and key resources:
| Output type | Content |
|---|---|
| Operators | Advanced Safe Box (from buying the Season Pass); some season operators come via the Pass (Vlinder S8 free tier, Rover S11 free tier, Toxik Genesis level 15) |
| Top-Tier Safe Box | Current-season usage rights from completing season tasks |
| Delta Tickets | Continuous output from Pass level rewards |
| Cosmetics and weapons | Season skins, new weapons and new kits |
Two must-know details:
- The Advanced Safe Box (2×3) comes from the Pass; the Top-Tier Safe Box (3×3) comes from season tasks — the Safe Box upgrade is the Pass’s most hardcore value point (Safe Box mechanics in Loot and Stash Management).
- The Pass free tier is the officials’ dividend window: recent seasons’ new support operators (Vlinder, Rover) both came on the free tier — every player should treat “claiming the free operator” as the season’s first task.
4. How to Use the Task System#
Season tasks are designed to cover every mode, from Operations extraction objectives to Warfare kill missions. Three usage tips:
- Pick the mode for the task: tasks that need Mandelbrick output go to Blitz (big-battlefield weekly top 20% gets 1, capped at 2; Blitz’s short matches are more efficient); fishing tasks go into the three maps’ waters.
- Tasks are a growth checklist: operator unlocks (like Hackclaw’s 500 GTI event tickets) accumulate through event tasks — the task line is your unlock roadmap.
- Don’t sacrifice profit for tasks: the Operations economy comes first — running full kit into high-danger zones for task stats often loses more on death than the task reward covers.
Pass Level Pacing#
Pass levels advance through tasks and match XP; a pacing reference:
| Phase | Goal |
|---|---|
| First two weeks of the season | Rush key free-tier levels (operator and Safe Box rewards first) |
| Mid-season | Push the daily task lines steadily; clear event-ticket tasks (Hackclaw GTI tickets etc.) along the way |
| End of season | Fill gaps: Advanced Safe Box (buy the Pass) and Top-Tier Safe Box rights (season tasks) — secured or not |
Free-tier rewards outrank everything else — Vlinder (S8) and Rover (S11) are both free-tier operators, and a missed free tier cannot be made up any other way.
5. Season Rhythm and Player Strategy#
| Player type | Season-opening moves |
|---|---|
| Free players | Claim the Pass free tier → clear the season task line → stack Delta Tickets |
| Light spenders | Buy the Pass for the Advanced Safe Box → chase tasks for Top-Tier Safe Box rights |
| Hardcore players | Rush new operator / new weapon mastery immediately — early-season matchmaking tiers are not settled yet, so it is a ranked-push window |
The opening two weeks of a season are the most “chaotic” window in Operations: map changes reset everyone’s experience (like S11’s Longbow Valley 2.0) and the gap between veterans and newcomers compresses. To practice new content, play at season start; for stable profit, wait until mid-to-late season for the harder runs.
6. Summary#
At its core, the Pass and task system is the officials translating “long-term live service” into the players’ “to-do list”: operator unlocks, Safe Box upgrades, and Delta Ticket accumulation all hang on task lines. An account that follows the list can complete basic equipment and operator infrastructure within a single season even at zero spend — the retention design that keeps a 58-million-daily-active-user base growing.
