Grace Anderson, a former Umbrella researcher turned resistance leader, has three distinct endings. Her ending is primarily determined by the “Trust” mechanic — a hidden point system that tracks how often you side with her judgment calls.

How to Get All Endings in One Playthrough / 一周目全结局攻略
While you cannot see all endings in a single run, you can use the chapter select feature after beating the game once to branch off for different endings without starting over.
