Baldur’s Gate 3 Secrets & Hidden Content#
Act 1 Hidden Secrets#
The Hag’s Hair#
Location: the hag’s lair in the swamp How to get: bring the hag down to about 10% HP — she will offer a trade — Hag’s Hair for her life. If you kill her — you can loot the hair from her body, but you need a check. Accept = gain item giving permanent +1 stat (any stat). Note: If you trade — she lives but doesn’t return. Tactic: use Lesser Restoration to cleanse the poison — use Fog Cloud to block her ranged attacks — clear the spiderlings first so you don’t get swarmed. The Matriarch drops the Phase Spider Matriarch’s Fang — a material for crafting unique poison vials. Strategy: use Lesser Restoration for poison — Fog Cloud to block ranged — clear adds first.
