The core of Disco Elysium is dialogue. Almost everything in the game — story progression, character development, world exploration — happens through conversation. This page explains the dialogue system, skill check mechanics, and Thought Cabinet usage.

对话基础 / Dialogue Basics

游戏中的对话采用分支树结构。你的选择会影响NPC的反应、可用信息、甚至整个剧情走向。

Dialogue in the game uses a branching tree structure. Your choices affect NPC reactions, available information, and even the entire story direction.

对话选项类型 / Dialogue Option Types:

  • 普通对话 — 推进剧情的基础选项 / Basic options that advance the story
  • 技能判定选项 — 需要特定技能等级才能成功 / Require specific skill levels to succeed
  • 思维封印选项 — 需要内化特定思维才能解锁 / Require internalising a specific thought to unlock
  • 意识形态选项 — 与四种政治倾向相关 / Related to the four political alignments
  • 白色选项 — 可重复尝试的判定 / Retriable checks

技能在对话中的角色 / Role of Skills in Dialogue

每种技能都像哈里脑海中的一个独立声音。它们会在对话中主动发言,提供建议、警告、评论或误导。

Each skill acts like an independent voice in Harry head. They actively speak during dialogue, offering advice, warnings, commentary, or misdirection.

技能发言示例 / Examples of Skill Commentary:

  • 逻辑思维(Logic): 指出对话中的逻辑矛盾 / Points out logical contradictions
  • 能说会道(Empathy): 告诉你对方此刻的真实感受 / Tells you what the other person is really feeling
  • 内陆帝国(Inland Empire): 提出超自然的疯狂理论 / Offers supernatural, crazy theories
  • 循循善诱(Half Light): 建议你立刻攻击 / Urges immediate violence
  • 食髓知味(Composure): 提醒你保持面部表情管理 / Reminds you to keep your composure

技能冲突 / Skill Conflicts: 不同技能可能给出完全相反的建议。你需要自行判断听从哪个声音。Different skills may give completely opposite advice. You must decide which voice to follow.

技能判定机制 / Skill Check Mechanics

判定公式 / Check Formula

技能判定基于以下公式:技能等级 x 4 + 修饰值 + 随机值 vs 难度值

Skill checks use this formula: Skill Level x 4 + Modifiers + Random Value vs Difficulty Value.

难度等级 / Difficulty Levels:

  • 简单(Easy): 12
  • 中等(Medium): 14
  • 困难(Hard): 16
  • 极难(Very Hard): 18
  • 传奇(Legendary): 20

白色判定详解 / White Checks Explained

白色判定是游戏中最常见的判定类型。失败后不会永久消失——它们会在你的技能等级提升或装备加成增加后重新变为可用。

White checks are the most common type. They do not disappear permanently after failure — they become available again when your skill level increases or equipment bonuses improve.

重新尝试策略 / Retry Strategy:

  • 提升对应技能1级并获得新装备 / Level up the relevant skill and get new gear
  • 消耗思维点重置白色判定(某些思维提供此功能) / Spend thought points to reset white checks (certain thoughts provide this)
  • 使用药物或酒精获得临时加成 / Use drugs or alcohol for temporary bonuses
  • 装备提供加成的服装 / Equip clothing that provides bonuses

红色判定详解 / Red Checks Explained

红色判定具有高风险高回报的特点。一旦失败,该选项永久关闭。但成功通常会带来巨大的回报——独特信息、稀有物品或关键剧情推进。

Red checks are high-risk, high-reward. Once failed, the option closes forever. But success usually brings huge rewards — unique information, rare items, or key story progression.

红色判定注意事项 / Red Check Tips:

  • 存档后再尝试 / Save before attempting
  • 通过装备和药物最大化技能等级 / Maximise skill level with gear and drugs
  • 某些红色判定的失败也会产出独特内容(失败也是体验的一部分) / Some red check failures also produce unique content (failure is part of the experience)

被动判定 / Passive Checks

被动判定在你的技能等级达到某个阈值时自动触发。它们不需要你主动选择——当你进入一个区域或遇到某个情境时,符合条件的技能会自动发言并提供信息。

Passive checks trigger automatically when your skill level reaches a certain threshold. No active choice needed — when you enter an area or encounter a situation, qualifying skills automatically speak up and provide information.

被动判定示例 / Passive Check Examples:

  • 五感发达(Visual Calculus)等级3+时自动分析犯罪现场 / Automatically analyses crime scenes at level 3+
  • 同花大顺(Shivers)等级2+时感受城市的低语 / Feels the city whispers at level 2+
  • 博学多闻(Encyclopedia)等级2+时提供历史背景 / Provides historical context at level 2+

思维阁系统 / Thought Cabinet System

思维阁基础 / Thought Cabinet Basics

思维阁是哈里的大脑地图。你可以在这里查看已解锁和正在进行内化的思维。每个思维代表一种理念、创伤或世界观。

The Thought Cabinet is a map of Harry brain. Here you can view unlocked thoughts and those currently being internalised. Each thought represents an idea, trauma, or worldview.

思维槽位 / Thought Slots: 初始只有2个槽位,可通过升级精神属性增加。最多可拥有4个同时内化的思维。Start with 2 slots, can increase by levelling Psyche. Maximum of 4 simultaneous internalising thoughts.

获取思维 / Acquiring Thoughts

思维通过对话、阅读、经历特殊事件等方式解锁。当你触发某个思维时,它会出现在思维阁中供你选择是否内化。

Thoughts are unlocked through dialogue, reading, experiencing special events, etc. When you trigger a thought, it appears in the cabinet for you to choose whether to internalise.

内化过程 / Internalisation Process

内化一个思维需要消耗现实时间(游戏内),通常为30分钟到数小时不等。内化期间,该思维可能产生负面效果。内化完成后,获得永久加成。

Internalising a thought consumes in-game time, typically 30 minutes to several hours. During internalisation, the thought may have negative effects. After completion, permanent bonuses are gained.

内化注意事项 / Internalisation Notes:

  • 内化期间无法取消 / Cannot be cancelled during internalisation
  • 某些思维之间互斥 / Some thoughts are mutually exclusive
  • 内化完成后可以遗忘以腾出槽位 / Can be forgotten after completion to free up slots

白人问号 / Wompty-Dompty Dom Centre: 每次与NPC对话获得额外的经验值。前期最佳经验来源。Get extra XP per NPC conversation. Best early XP source.

扳机效应 / Trigger Effect: 提升能说会道(Empathy)和同舟共济(Suggestion)。对话流玩家的首选。Boosts Empathy and Suggestion. Top choice for dialogue-oriented players.

麦克风的低语 / Microphone Whisper: 降低逻辑思维(Logic)但提升标新立异(Rhetoric)。适合政治辩论爱好者。Reduces Logic but boosts Rhetoric. Great for political debate fans.

无所不用其极 / The Extremely Advanced Race Theory: 极强的政治思维,大幅改变对话选项。适合极端角色扮演。Powerful political thought that dramatically changes dialogue options. For extreme roleplay.

对话选择如何影响剧情 / How Choices Affect the Story

分支叙事 / Branching Narrative

你的每一个选择都会在某种程度上改变游戏进程。有些影响是即时的,有些则在数小时后才会显现。

Every choice you make changes the game to some degree. Some effects are immediate, others appear hours later.

选择的影响范围 / Choice Impact Scope:

  • 局部影响:改变当前对话或场景 / Changes the current dialogue or scene
  • 中期影响:影响某个任务或角色关系 / Affects a quest or character relationship
  • 全局影响:改变结局走向 / Changes the ending direction

金·吉速的关系系统 / Kim Kitsuragi Relationship

金是游戏中最关键的角色之一。你的行为会影响他对你的信任和尊重程度。这最终会影响结局。

Kim is one of the most critical characters. Your actions affect his trust and respect level. This ultimately impacts the ending.

影响金的因素 / Factors Affecting Kim:

  • 展示专业警察素养 / Show professional police conduct
  • 不做出极端丢脸的行为 / Avoid extremely embarrassing behaviour
  • 尊重他的建议和判断 / Respect his advice and judgment
  • 成功完成重要判定 / Succeed on important checks

检视(Visual Inspection) / Visual Inspection

环境检视 / Environmental Inspection

通过点击环境中的高亮物体进行检视。每个可互动物体都有独特的描述文本,可能包含隐藏线索。

Click highlighted objects in the environment to inspect them. Each interactable object has unique description text that may contain hidden clues.

检视技巧 / Inspection Tips:

  • 使用Tab键高亮所有可互动区域 / Use Tab to highlight all interactable areas
  • 每个物体检视多次(不同时间可能有不同描述) / Inspect objects multiple times (descriptions may change with time)
  • 穿着加成感知的服装可以发现更多细节 / Wearing Perception-boosting clothes reveals more details

人物检视 / Character Inspection

与NPC对话时,可以检视他们的外貌、衣着和举止,获得关于他们的额外信息。

During NPC conversations, you can inspect their appearance, clothing, and mannerisms for additional info.
