Exploration Tips#
- Find map fragments first — upon reaching a new region, the torch icon on the map marks a map fragment’s location
- Watch the guiding lines — golden particles from graces point toward the main path — check them when lost
- Enter every church — each church holds a Sacred Tear (upgrades red/blue flask healing) + often a map fragment or key item
- Clear every mine — the red minecart icon on the map marks a mine — packed with smithing stones for weapon upgrades
- Explore at night — some bosses (Night’s Cavalry, Bell Bearing Hunter, Deathbird) only appear at night — sit at a grace until nightfall
- Explore vertically — many areas have multiple layers — when you see a cliff edge, drop down (look for jutting rocks); when you see a ladder, climb it
