Tuning is one of the deepest and most rewarding systems in FH5. By fine-tuning various vehicle components, you can change handling characteristics to suit different tracks and driving styles. While downloading community tunes is the fastest approach, understanding tuning principles allows precise adjustments for your specific needs.
调校前的准备 / Preparation Before Tuning

The final drive ratio determines overall acceleration and top speed. This is one of the most noticeable parameters affecting driving feel.

调试方法 / Tuning Method: 在测试赛道中达到最长直道的末端时,检查最高挡位的转速。理想情况下,你应该在刹车点前刚好达到红线转速。如果离红线还很远就到达刹车点,说明 Final Drive 过长(数值需要增大)。如果很早就在直道中段达到红线,说明 Final Drive 过短(数值需要减小)。
When reaching the end of the longest straight on a test track, check the top gear RPM. Ideally, you should hit redline just before the braking point. If you are far from redline at the braking point, the final drive is too long (increase the value). If you hit redline early in the straight, the final drive is too short (decrease the value).
齿轮比微调 / Individual Gear Ratio Tuning
