轮换的核心原则是”宁换勿伤”。在密集赛程中,一只体能不足80%的球员带着60%的状态上场,表现会大打折扣且受伤风险倍增。建立一个A队(联赛主力)和B队(杯赛主力)的双阵容体系。

Morale management is the most underrated mechanic in the FM series. A team with “Superb” morale can beat stronger opponents even with average tactics. Spend 1 minute after each match talking to players individually — praise good performers, encourage struggling ones.

在分配球员角色时,不要过度承诺。把球员定为”核心球员”意味着你承诺了他几乎全部比赛的首发,如果做不到,他的士气会毁灭性下降。宁可给低一级的承诺后超额兑现。

Don’t over-promise when assigning squad status. Labeling a player “Key Player” promises him almost every start. If you can’t deliver, his morale will crash. Better to under-promise and over-deliver.

Captain selection is a key decision affecting team atmosphere. Don’t just look at the Leadership attribute — consider the player’s reputation and determination too. A high-reputation player with average leadership may be a better captain than a marginal player with high leadership.
