重装英雄 / Tank Heroes#
重装英雄是团队的前线核心,负责吸收伤害、创造空间和保护队友。在5v5体系中,唯一的坦克需要承担更大的责任。
Tank heroes are the frontline core of the team, responsible for absorbing damage, creating space, and protecting teammates. In the 5v5 system, the solo tank bears greater responsibility.

生命值显示 / Health Display#
屏幕底部中央显示你的生命值条。绿色为当前HP,灰色为已损失的HP。某些英雄有额外的护盾(蓝色)或护甲(黄色)。
The bottom center of the screen shows your health bar. Green represents current HP, gray represents lost HP. Some heroes have additional shields (blue) or armor (yellow).
弹药计数 / Ammo Counter#
右下角显示当前弹药数和备弹数。不同武器的弹匣容量差异很大——猎空的弹匣只有12发,而堡垒的弹匣可以超过300发。
The bottom right shows your current ammo and reserve ammo. Magazine sizes vary greatly between heroes—Tracer has only 12 rounds while Bastion can have over 300.
终极技能充能 / Ultimate Charge#
底部中央的生命值条下方有一个百分比数字,显示终极技能的充能进度。达到100%即可按Q释放终极技能。
Below the health bar at the bottom center is a percentage showing your ultimate charge progress. Reaching 100% allows you to press Q to activate your ultimate.

基础游戏知识 / Basic Game Knowledge#
血包系统 / Health Pack System#
地图上分布着小型和大型血包。小型血包恢复约75HP,大型血包恢复约250HP并提供短暂的无敌时间。
Small and large health packs are scattered across maps. Small packs restore about 75 HP, large packs restore about 250 HP and provide brief invulnerability.
复活机制 / Respawn Mechanic#
死亡后需要等待重生,时间根据模式和地图从5秒到20秒不等。团队中存活的队友越多,死亡后的等待时间越长(最多12秒基础时间)。
After death, you must wait to respawn, ranging from 5 to 20 seconds depending on mode and map. The more teammates alive, the longer the death timer (up to 12 seconds base).

新手常见错误 / Common Beginner Mistakes#
1. 忽视目标 / Ignoring the Objective#
很多新手沉迷于击杀而忘记占领目标。记住:目标得分才是赢得比赛的关键!
Many beginners focus on getting kills instead of capturing objectives. Remember: objective score is key to winning matches!
2. 独狼行动 / Solo Play#
守望先锋2是团队游戏,单打独斗几乎不可能赢。始终保持在队友附近,尤其是在你玩辅助或坦克时。
Overwatch 2 is a team game—going solo almost never works. Always stay near teammates, especially when playing Support or Tank.
3. 不会换英雄 / Not Switching Heroes#
如果当前英雄被敌方克制,及时更换英雄是明智的选择。不要执着于一个英雄。
If your current hero is being countered, switching heroes is wise. Don’t stubbornly stick to one hero.
4. 忽视音效 / Ignoring Sound Cues#
脚步声、技能音效和终极技能语音都是重要的信息来源。建议使用耳机。
Footsteps, ability sounds, and ultimate voice lines are important information sources. Using headphones is recommended.
5. 站位不佳 / Poor Positioning#
避免站在开阔地带。利用地形掩护,保持与敌人的适当距离。辅助英雄尤其要注意站位。
Avoid standing in open areas. Use terrain for cover and maintain proper distance from enemies. Support heroes especially need good positioning.
